WE WELCOME ROGER SALAMEH TO OUR EXTERNAL PANEL
Iden Biotechnology is pleased to announce the addition of Roger Salameh to its External Advisory Panel. Mr. Salameh’s more than 25 years of experience in managing agricultural research, product development and commercialization programs in agricultural biotechnology will be an asset to the Company and its Management Team.
Mr. Salameh was most recently Chief Operating Officer of Arcadia Biosciences, Inc. a publicly traded company (RKDA, NASDAQ) where he was responsible for all business operations, including the Company’s business development team, greenhouse and field evaluation teams and operations. Prior to becoming COO at Arcadia, Roger was VP of Business Development where he led the business evaluation of new technology programs, technology licensing, partnering and development of the Company’s go-to-market strategy. Mr. Salameh was also a board member of two Arcadia joint venture companies addressing the soybean and wheat technology and seed markets. Prior to Arcadia, he served as Director of Business Development at Monsanto Company. During that time, he led cross-functional teams in evaluating the Company’s sustainable agriculture programs and establishing new growth opportunities in Asia and Latin America. He was also part of the Calgene, Inc., team where served as product manager for the company´s genetically modified oils business.

Mr. Salameh’s appointment further strengthens the Advisory Panel which includes regulatory and scientific affairs expert, Jaime Costa Vilamajo; global agtech consultant, David Stalker; President & CEO of Ventura Botanical Gardens, Joseph Cahill; Francisco J.M. Mojica, global lead on CRISPR-Cas technology discovery and Diego Orzaez pioneer in research and engineering in Plant Synthetic Biology.
